RETURNS
Full refund is given on unopened products shipped back to us within 30 days of your purchase/receipt date. We do not refund shipping costs, or accept returns on opened and damaged products. Food products are final sales and not refundable.
We make every effort to package your order carefully to ensure it arrives whole and intact to you, optional insurance coverage is available per your request.

Two day express service available Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 9am on Friday and Saturday will not be shipped until the following business day. Call us for an estimate.

ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OR BACKORDERS
Because your orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your purchase date, please call us of your intent to change and or cancel your order ASAP, the day of your purchase or the following business day (Monday -Friday).
Backorders and out-of-stocks usually arrive within 14 days from the date originally ordered and are shipped out to you immediately. Should your wait time be more than 14 days a customer service rep will notify you of the delay at which time you can elect to wait until it arrives or cancel and reorder at a later date.
We do not process backorders for items under $15.
