Founded in 2006 in order to provide the best there is of organic and natural food, nutritional vitamins and supplements to the community.

Our mission is to improve the lives of others, and to serve the needs of a growing health conscious community by offering and supporting the need for alternative food options.

As we grow, we hope to offer educational seminars focusing on children's health, nutrition, vegan and vegetarian cooking and our environment.

We are working towards building the best variety of vitamins, supplements and food available online in order to serve and provide you with the best products selection(s) available for your health care needs. In an effort to serve you better and broaden our reach throughout the community ItsMyOwn Health Food Store is expanding to an online format. Why? To streamline costs, this eliminates wasteful overstocking and keeps costs down thereby enabling us to pass the “savings” onto you.

In the near future we will also introduce an online “discount food” option for our customers, the more you buy the greater your discount.
